The home was built in 1900 for William Bear and was moved to the Village of Niobrara and modernized in 2008. The wood floors, doors and accents built in 1900, remain intact. Adding to the beauty of the parlor is a Diamond Willow staircase built by Keith Eckmann in 2008.
